Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

Male pattern Androgenetic Alopecia is a kind of progressive hair loss in males, marked by receding hair line and central thinning. It is genetically programmed and usually there is a family history of affected members, with this kind of hair loss.

Traditional treatment modalities have included topical minoxidil and finasteride. However, PRP is a relatively new approach in the treatment of Androgenetic Alopecia. The principle of PRP is stimulation of new hair growth by patients own platelet derived growth factors. It is usually done in a monthly sessions and in between the patient can use topical minoxidil 5% twice daily.

The results are encouraging in most and you can hope the same for yourself.

regards
