Hi Ashok,

You seem to have alopecia areata. It is an autoimmune disorder. There may be round bald patches gradually increase in size and numbers. There is no exact cause is found, but mental stress might be responsible factor. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and treatment. Sometime,it may be recover by itself without treatment. I usually give intradermal steroid injections in bald patches in my patients. And I advise immunomodulator like levamesole 50 mg daily at night. If needed, short course of steroid may be taken in tappering dose. Application of mild steroid lotion or tacrolimus oint might improve the condition. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
