Suggest Treatment For Allergic Rhinitis

I am 33 years old,with height 160 and my weight is 52,i got elergic rhinitis,I allergic to garlic,bread,msg,chilly,nuts,fried oil,colouring food,corn,papaya,brown sugar,kechup and some spices.However I had alredy got test blood for igE and the result igE was 10,56.so what should i do to cure my elergic.I really need your help,because i have really frustrated with my allergic.Thank you

For Allergic rhinitis,first of all ,you need to avoid all those things to which you are allergic to.
You may start with medicnesas follows:
Antihistaminics like Levocetrizine and
Nasal Steroid Spray like Mometasone.
