Neurologist 's  Response
Behavioral changes can occur in a person after head injury, but these usually appear early after head injury and most occur if head injury affacted the frontal lobe of the person. Its unlikely that such behavior abnormality to come after many years after head injury. There can be other reasons for his behavior change. It can be organic cause or psychiatric cause. You need to consult neurologist as well as psychiatrist for proper evaluation of his changed behaviour.
