I came down with what i believe to be a cold. a couple days later found blood in the mucus. figured i was coughing too much and too hard. the next day coughing esculated into vomiting.. my throat is raw. nothing soothes it anymore. i was taking tylenol cold at night. i have a heat humidifier running with vicks medicine in it. today i noticed all the veins in my mouth are bright red and irritated. no white spots. should i see a doctor or just ride this out?
