Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne which is common in particular age group and occurs when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. You should apply kojic acid on them and cream rich in bezoyl peroxide along with isotrentoin. Avoid touching and pricking them with any sharp object. Drink plenty of water. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist .Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course and can go for chemical peeling and microabrasion.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
