General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

If possible I would suggest to share a picture of the lesions of your face. As you have mentioned you have acne/ boil on your face, I would like to tell you that acne and boils and two different diseases with different treatment modalities. That might be the reason that you haven't been able to treat them properly. Seeing the lesion would help diagnose and treat your face in a better way.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shalki Mattas
