Hello, I don t have any problems or irritation with my skin besides mild acne, but I take care of my skin and hygiene very well. For the past few days I ve been trying to heal two small cuts in between my buttcheeks, which I discovered in the shower because the water irritated the cuts and it burned, it was also painful to separate my buttcheeks. But I ve been cleaning the area well and making sure they area is dry. So yesterday I went on about my day as usual, my skin was very smooth until the middle of the night around 2 AM but right buttcheek became itchy out of the blue, so I scratched at it thinking a bug just bit me. I paid it no attention until I went to my room and laid on my bed stomach down and then I got a sensation in that area kinda itchy/ it burned a little. So I took off my pants and looked into the mirror to find a cluster of small bumps on my right buttcheek. I clean the area with alcohol, applied aloe Vera gel and calamine lotion. I have no clue what this could be could you help me
