Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain oily skin is one of the most common cause for pimples while other causes can be hormonal imbalances, clogged pores, bacterial infection, inflammation and excessive sun exposure..
You need to take a treatment that is a combination of anti-acne and antibiotics..
I would suggest you to wash your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash..
You can apply a combination of creams or ointments containing Clindamycin + Niacinamide and Benzoyl peroxide..
You can also apply retinoids containing gel at night like Adapelene gel..
You should exfoliate your skin twice a week to unclog the pores..
You can do cool compresses over pimples as it will help in reducing inflammation..
Limit sun exposure and apply a non-comedogenic sunscreen lotion..
In case if there is no resolution you should consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and along with topical treatment he can advise you to take a course of oral antibiotics like Minocycline, Doxycycline or Clindamycin..
Retinoids like Isotretinoin can be advised..
You can also be advised Microdermabrasion and dermal rollers..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
