Suggest Treatment For Acne Like Bumps On Buttocks And Legs
Hi I am 27 and I am about to get married. I use inner-wears almost 24 hours a day apart from the time in the bathroom. I am getting acne like on my seat as well as on the upper part of the leg. It comes frequently, swells, breaks and leaves a black mark. I feel embarrassed. I wash and dry the inner-wear properly and don't use after 60 - 90 wears. Is there a way to avoid those acne from coming? What should I do?
Also, my groin and the seat area were very black when compared to my skin care. Is there any remedy for this.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne like bumps on buttocks and legs which occurs when there is bacterial infection of hair follicles and when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. Do not scratch pimples as they will get infected , leave acne marks. you should maintain environment dry and clean. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist once and get it examined. you an go for antibiotics ( clindamycin ) , corticosteroid ointment , hydroquinone , laser therapy for scars only after doctors prescription. Till now apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day as this is safe and natural extract of cereals.
