Suggest Treatment For Acne Break Out

DR, I am 26 yrs old and recently visited a dermatologist near my place, i have some pimples and lots of pimple spots . he prescribed clearz by dr.reddy , aloe vera moisturizer to apply and antioxidant capsules to take 1nce daily . but aftr applying the cream n lotion i got more pimple and acne( big red and white tips and paining when touched). please suggest me other medications if posible. i wil be grateful.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Clearz by Dr.Reddy contain Steroid along with other ingredients and increase in.pimples with inflammation seems to be due to side effects of the Steroid cream..
You should stop using the same and you can be advised to wash your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash.
Apply a combination of Benzoyl Peroxide and Clindamycin containing gels.
You can also be advised to apply Retinoids like Adapelene gel in a thin layer over the pimples..
You can also apply Azelaic acid containing creams..
Do cold compresses over pimples and splash cool water frequently on face to reduce inflammation..
Avoid oily food and excess sun exposure..
Oral antibiotics like Minocycline or Clindamycin and Retinoids like Isotretinoin can be advised..
You can also be advised Microdermabrasion..
