Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain When Having Hemorrhagic Cyst

Hi, I have been having r)abdominal pain that felt to me that something was pressing against a nerve. I have had R)sided siatic pain that seemed to me to be related. My doctor ordered a transvaginal ultrasound and it showed that I have a hemorrhagic cyst on my right ovary that is 2 cm. And goes on to say that it may be related to lobulation. I am 36 years old, in good health, no other symptoms other than the pain, and I have never smoked or drank alcohol excessivly. My immediate family history is negative except that my father died at the age of 47 from pancreatic cancer. What are the the chances that this cyst was casued by an underlying malignancy?
