Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Bloating
I have had a tan colored poop for a while I always seem to have trouble going it s a little hard when it comes out I saw a little dark speck in the poop and I opened it and saw little tiny seed looking things what could this be however I have had bloating on the left side of my abdomen

Your symptoms seem to be due to constipation. Having difficult bowel movement and feeling bloated are very common presentations of constipation.
You may take Movicol.
