Hello
It seems from the history that you are having swollen eye following an injury.
This indicates that swelling is because of collection of blood in the layers of skin of the eyelid as a result of impact of injury.
This will resolve over 1-2 weeks slowly as the blood gets absorbed. Applying cold compression provides symptomatic relief. If there is no injury to the eye proper then no need to worry and this will resolve by itself over 1-2 weeks.

Thank you
