Suggest Treatment For A Persistent Back Pain

My wife is 24 years old and she has mild COPD. She has been taking folic acid 5 mg (since last 6 months), metformin 1500 mg (since one month). We are trying for baby. Today is her 33rd day of menstrual cycle. We went for urine pregnancy test which came out to be faint positive. Doctor suggested to take susten 100 mg injection and asked to repeat the UPT four days later. My wife feels a mild continuous lower back pain since one week. Please advise. Thank you in advance...

Hi
-If I would be your wife's treating doctor i would also advise the same treatment &
advise her to take rest.
-mild massage with volini ointment or mahanarayan oil will reduce pain.
-If pain is more than i would suggest to take injection to relieve pain so consult to her treating doctor for further treatment.
