this is vikram from india( jammu & kashmir), my query is regarding urology.
actually i have little cyst on my left testis and its now in severe pain even i can't stand even 1 min. doctors told me this is will normal after merriage. i am now married 1 1/2 year. but problem is still.

Torsion of hydatid Cyst of Morgagni ot testes(which is vestigial remnant of Mullerian duct,leading to Vestigial appendage above testes)/ or torsion of appendix of Epidydamis-which is also remnant cyst.
Treatment-
Surgical Excision of Vestigeal Cyst of testesp/or of appendix of Epididymis -would resolve this issue for life time.
