Suggest Treatment For PCOS And Heavy Clotty Menstruation

Hello. I had ovation cyst that erupted when I was 14 and ever since I have had my period since. But it has been constant and extremely heavy. So heavy that I am now anemic. I may get 2 or 3days a month when I m not bleeding. And since 14, I have had discharge that is in a blob form but very bloody in my urine which is also red majority of the time. Can you give me any suggestions as to what this is. Or what I should do to normalize my period. Also my weight has gone up and down a lot because of this

I have to advise for start Homoeopathy medicine for your complain PCOS.
because in allopathyy science have limitation so give hormonal therapy.
if you don't want to interested hormonal therapy so start Homoeopathy.
