Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Keloid is overgrown tissue after trauma. Intralesional Kenacort plays an important role to minimize the size or control the growth of keloid. Some time radical surgery with flap repair can play important role specially in recurrent and resistant keloid cases.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
