Suggest Treatment For DISH Spine

I am 61 years old. I am otherwise healthy but I have been diagnosed with DISH Spine (Diffuse Idiopathic Skeletal Hyperostosis) which restricts my bending movements as my Spine joints have overgrown and have started fusing. It causes back pain when I get up or lay down to sleep. The doctors say that it is a genetic problem and has no cure. All my other parameters like BP, Sugar, Rh factor & Cholesterol etc. are just normal.I seek your advice on this.
