Suggest Treatment For ACL Injury

I have been detected by ACL injury and the doctor is advising for reconstruction. May I know how much time it takes to recover and whether I will be able to be back to normal physical activities? Also plese tell me how much it costs. I have had an MRI scan already

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

To know the exact situation of your ACL get a MRI scan done, if it's a complete tear then surgery is required or if it is a partial tear it can be treated by immobilizing your knee with external support.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
