Cardiologist 's  Response
as left main is 90% blocked so ptca is to be done urgently , to prevent a major hearty attack as left anterioir descending artey and left circumflex artery arises from left main artery
any blockage more then 75% is to be taken care of and should not be managed only by conservative therapy

keep your father on
ecosprin av 150/20mg once
tab amloking 2.5mg twice
tab metolar xr 25mg twice
tab elizolam 0.25mg 1 hs
tab imdur 30 mg once daily

and plan a early ptca(stenting) to aviod any emergency life threatning solution
thanks
