Hello! My age is 29years. I am having a regular menstrual cycle. I am planning to conceive now. I just got pre checkup ultrasound done which reflects:- 1There is anhypoechoic nodule measuring 26 by 22mm seen in the body of uterus anteriorly, abutting the endometrial cavity suggesting of fibroid (intramural). Two small nodules of 10mm each are seen adjacent to it. 2.Left ovary shows well defined lesion measuring 2.9 by 2.3 cm. A well defined echogenic component is seen along the posterior wall of mass, suggestive of fat plug (rokitansky protuberance). 3.Rest is normal Please guide how to prceed? Not tried to conceive yet. 9 months to my marriage. Non diabetic, non hypertensive, thyroid normal, no other abnormality is there.
