Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
If both your mood, energy level and appetite is low in the morning, then 1. If it is a recent change, it could mean a mood disorder (depression). 2. If you have experienced this to some extent starting from your teenage years, along with tendency to sleep late at night and getting up late at night, you could have a delayed sleep phase. Since you have already done checkups, the endoscopy was normal, in my opinion, you should consult a psychiatrist. I hope this answer is helpful.
