Suggest Therapy For Eating Disorder

hi my baby boy is 4 years old and he is not showing any interest in eating, so we went for a blood test on fasting, all the results are normal in range but the SGOT result is 42 and the range given is 15 - 37 Units/l Method done is UV Kinetic LDH, MDH,Aspearate, is this abnormal and what is the remedy

This is not an abnormal test result. Just a few numbers away from the limit is not significant.

The most important measurement is his weight. If he is gaining on a consistent growth curve, even if you don't notice it or feel like he's eating, then it's probably OK. If he has lost weight - that's a big problem.

And if his weight velocity has decreased so that he is falling on the growth curves - that can signal a problem also. Most 4 year olds are around 40 pounds and 40 inches. But it is more the comparison to the growth curves that matter rather than the specific numbers.
