Suggest The Treatment For Stuffy Nose And Dizziness

Hi, I have had a stuffy nose and some dizziness for the last several weeks. Recently, I have been getting the chills about 2-3 times per day, but advil seems to make that go away. Today I took my temperature and it read 95.5. What do you suggest?

Thanks,
Tom
