Hello You swallowed whole ibuprofen tablet without water , this produces burning sensation ( due to irritant nature of ibuprofen ) in the chest i.e. in the esophagus ( esophagitis ). Take some antacid ( if it contain oxetacaine , better) 4 TSF at once , drink plenty of water . Take antacid after every 4-6 hours till complete relief. Don t take tension , as sometimes when tablet is swallowed without water it stuck in some fold in the esophagus ( that s why patient feel that something is stuck in food pipeline ) . But that tablet also dissolve and pass into stomach after water ingestion. In such situation bulky food like banana also help . No need of any consultation. Good luck.
