Hello,
In the current scenario, you may have to wait for another couple of days, before you can get some clarity. A HPT may be performed with a fresh early morning sample of urine 3-7 days after the missed period. It is difficult to guess pregnancy at this juncture without any tests. For an earlier and better confirmation, you can get an assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres. If negative, it could be a transient hormone imbalance which settles naturally. Further suggestions can be had from a specialist in person. Hope this helps.
