Suggest Suitable Medication For Dry Eyes

I don't understand well the differency beetwen the medicin with Belladon 6x and the Benadon.Is this the same effectiness ?and why in the eye drop (product of Similasan) has Belladon 6x for dry eye relief?
_Can i use it for long time for the dry eye relief?( I am 60 year old)

basically it is a plant alkaloid. it is used for dilatation of pupil. belladonna6 x is used to get relief from pink eye irritation. other things are homoeopathic medicine, have no idea.
