Suggest Solution For Shaking Of Retina

I have my daughter 7 years old and from Birth stage she has problem that her retina shakes a lot and she is not able to concentrate , if she wants to concentrate she has to tilt her head on the left side and then the rectina become constant and she is able to focus. We had contacted in PUNE when I was there and doctor told that some small operation need to be done and it is possible only in AIIMS eye hospital as some calculation needs to done for operation and accordingly operation has to be done to balance the system,. Her eye sight is good enough as we had regular check in PUNE and other places. If she put her head straight the rectina shakes and automatically it leads to tilt her head on left side to focus properly, also if she try her rectina ion the left side its shakes and he feels the object also shakes. Please guide since now we are in FARIDABAD if you can help us let us know when it is possible for us to come and meet you.
