Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Your husband is 88 years of age, and have atrial fibrillation, high cholesterol, pacemaker, and bad circulation in feet.
There is every possibility of having a ischemia of the brain, by age and by circulation as well.
The other causes of the dizziness may be due to the gastric irritation, infection of the internal ear, hypertension, hypo tension, anemia,or diabetes.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment . He may prescribe him ranitidine, and cinnerzine till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that apart from the cardiac evaluation your husband need to be seen by the ENT surgeon for dizziness, to rule out the possibility of labyrinthitis, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
