Suggest Safe Ways To Reduce Weight

I am 19 years old and weigh 76 kgs. My height is 5 ft. 2 inches. My question is that how shall i reduce my weight. I have tried dieting, but it didn't affect even a bit. I don't eat much, so probably thats why dieting doesn't seem to help me!! Any suggestions?

Hi Thank you for posting your query.I have gone through your details .According to my opinion reducing weight by dieting is not a good option because our body need all the essential nutrients which we get from balanced food.Here are few remedies which I suggest you for reducing weight-
Take aloe vera juice empty stomach regularly.
Take 1/2 tbsp trikatu powder and 1/2 tbsp triphla powder with lukewarm water daily.
Prepare and drink a mixture of 1 teaspoon honey with 1 teaspoon lemon and lukewarm water five days in a week.
Take 1 tbsp of honey daily with lukewarm water.It is an excellent remedy for reducing weight.
Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd ,drumsticks to control your weight.
Avoid or limit consumption of dairy products like cheese,paneer,ghee,butter in your diet.
Avoid fruits like mango,banana,grapes,litchi instead take watermelon.
Avoid rice and potatoes,fried,junk food,high calorie food.
Morning or evening walk regularly is also helpful.
Ayurvedic medicines can be taken after proper consultation like medohar guggul,trikatu churn,triphla churn,arogyavardhini vati.
In your case , I would highly recommend udvartan - panchkarma therapy which is helpful in reducing 5-10 kg weight in 10-15 sittings.
Yoga and pranayam which are effective in weight loss are naukasan,pavanmuktasan,bhujangasan,uttanpadasan,suryanamaskar.,kapalbhati,uddiyan bandh.
Positive attitude is must.
