Suggest Right Dosage Of Mifeprin And Zitotech 200 For Abortion
Hi Madam,I have 7 month old kid and i again got pregnancy test positive which i do not want to carry now so my doctor has prescribed me 3 mifeprin tablets to take in a day and 2 zitotec200 tablet to another day by keeping gap of 1 day. I have already consumed 3 mifeprin but did not got any pain or bleeding, so I want to know the use of 3 mifeprin tablet and also inform me the use of 2 zitotech200 tablet.

Understand your concern
You have to use mifeprin and ziotech under the observation of gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than 63 days.
Mifeprine does not cause bleeding as it cause just detachment of pregnancy from uterine wall. Ziotech cause uterine contraction and lead to bleeding and expulsion of pregnancy and abortion will start after using it.
Ziotech 400 ug should be put high in the vagina by gynecologist after 48 hour of using mifeprin. If required another 400 ug should be given after 4 hour.
Abortion process will complete in 4-5 days. Follow up at 7th day and USG should be done after 14 days to confirm incomplete abortion.
Rest for 48 hours, analgesic, antibiotics, proper hygiene of pelvic area should be advisable after abortion.
