Suggest Remedy To Loose Weight

I am an ex professional track athlete I am 39 years old Obesity does not run in my family at all. En fact we are all athltes. Well about 6 years ago I gained 45lbs in 9 mo. I had all thy symptomes of being pregnant but i was not pregnant. My breasts increased from a 32B to a 40D. My period stopped and of course the weight gain. I am currently a P.E teacher, i am active all the time, i workout at least 3x's a week and i eat well. I can not lose weight. It fluctuates between 174-179 ...what is wrong with me? Oh I am 5'5"

You may want to consider assessment by your doctor to determine if there are any hormonal issues that may be contributing to your weight gain eg abnormal levels of thyroid hormone or cortisol

IF these and other tests are normal then you may want to see a nutritionist to see if there are any components of your diet that need to be altered to allow for weight loss.
