Suggest Remedy To Get Rid Off Wart

I have quite a few warts on my hands and something under my fingernail that might be a wart but I am unsure. I would like to know what I can do to get rid of them or should I see a dermatologist to get rid of the more quickly which is what I want? I tried freezing these ones and it didn't work.

Hi,

You seem to have verruca vulgaris on hands and fingertip below nails. It is a contagious skin disease caused by virus. You consult dermatologist without sparing the time. The lesions may spread as it is infectious. After thorough examination and diagnosis,he might go for electrocautery of the lesions. It is a minor procedure done under local anaesthesia in OPD. You may become alright. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
