Suggest Remedy To Enrich General Health And Fitness

Hi doctor I am 26 year old and as a new year resolution for better health I stopped eating out door foods, regular exercises and sleep without a pillow. I observed the I have gained a little good mood all day long and decreased acne and surprise of all about an inch of growth. I just now wonder this is very abnormal for my age but good, is there anyway I can boost my height as part of regular regime.

Explanation: Height does not increase much after 25 yr. The final height depends most often by gene inherited by your parents. Exercise can only keep you healthy, fit and can boost your morale.
You have not mentioned your present and previous height to say whether it is abnormal or not.
