Suggest Remedy For Yellowing,peeling And Slight Smelling In Toenail

I had what seemed to be a toenail fungus, toes were yellowed,started peeling, slight smell... I have been treating i with tea tree oil and it looks alot bette nw.However here seems to be a few black spots that are not going away.. is this from th fungus? how can i tell?

Hi thanks for asking question.
In the toe nail mostly due to improper cleaning , fungus infection chances are more.
In this infection lesions itchy with peeling and somewhat foul smelling.
So better to treat it first as fungal infection.
Apply antifungal cream over that like clotrimazole.
Oral itraconazole also helpful.
Wash your hand after touching infected nail.
Avoid moisture between nails.Use soaks that reduce moisture.
Clean soak has to be wear.
Don't walk bare foot in public place.
Avoid using nail polish.
Drink more water.For bathing warm water is helpful.
