Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I have read your question fully and understand your concerns.

Your TSH is low, that means the dose of your Thyroid tablet is high for you. So, you could reduce it to 25 mcgs once a day and recheck your TSH in 6weeks. Based on that result, the dose can remain at 25 mcgs or altered again. Once your TSH is in the normal range, your symptoms hopefully should settle down.

You could also get your Full blood count/Complete blood picture and serum creatinine done to rule out anaemia and other causes of fatigue.

I hope this answer has helped you.

Thank you
Regards
