I am a 42 yr old lady. I am suffering from thyroid since 8 yrs. I was taking a dose of 50 mcg. Recently my TSH came down to .o7 uIU/mL. T3 andT4 are within range. I am suffering from weakness,lethargy. I forget a lot,which is effecting my performance. Please help. Regards Soma.
I have read your question fully and understand your concerns.
Your TSH is low, that means the dose of your Thyroid tablet is high for you. So, you could reduce it to 25 mcgs once a day and recheck your TSH in 6weeks. Based on that result, the dose can remain at 25 mcgs or altered again. Once your TSH is in the normal range, your symptoms hopefully should settle down.
You could also get your Full blood count/Complete blood picture and serum creatinine done to rule out anaemia and other causes of fatigue.
