Hello Gillian!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be related to orthostatic intolerance or anxiety. A metabolic disorder can not be excluded either.
For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your doctor for a physical exam and some tests:
- a resting ECG
- a Head Up Tilt test
- complete blood count for anemia
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid gland dysfunction
- blood electrolytes
- fasting glucose
- an EEG to exclude seizures (although your symptoms are not typical).
You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!
Best regards!
