Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Spotting With Menstrual Cramps

Hi I m 42 years old. 1 week after my period last month I had menstrual cramps and the next morning woke up spotting brown. The next day woke up and had light pink spotting then stopped. I figured it had to do with ovulation. This month I m 6 days late. 11 years ago I had a tubal ligation during my c section procedure. I took a pregnancy test (urine) and negative. I have a slight discomfort in my left lower abdomen. Can I be pregnant?

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Irregular spotting after tubal ligation and caesarean section is a common entity. It can be due to ovulation also.Negative urine pregnancy test completely rules out pregnancy.
I will suggest you to not to worry and consult an OBGYN specialist if the further menstrual cycles are also deranged.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
