Suggest Remedy For Triggered Attack Of Trigeminal Neuralgia From Sugar Intake

I have been dx with Trigeminal Neuralgia out of the blue. Very soon after that dx I reliezed that when I ate sugar it triggred an attack sometime within 20 min sometimes within 4 hrs. Its not anyhting dental. Mri in normal and emg is normal. No damage. So In took sugar out of my diet...even natural sugar does this to me. Please help. I am 34 54 115 lbs. I have had labs and also spinal tap done. all normal. except my wbc is usually just below normal. also I had gallbladder out in 2009 and shortly after that is when I was having pain in ears (treated for chronic ear infections that was never a correct dx it was the start of TN). after gallbladder surg. I had severe gerd and could only eat bread and I craved sugar. so I ate bread all day long. Also, last month I had surg to have an 8cm fibroid taken from my uterus..they think my estrogen is high for some reason to create such a fibroid. After this surg. my liver enzymes went way up due to all the meds(liver did the same during gallbladder surg.) no heps. all negative. Please please what are your thoughts... why do you think I have TN out of the blue and why does sugar cause an attack
