Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.

Looking at your symptoms, you might be suffering from inflammation in your throat and/or tonsils and/or Oesophagus.

You may find relief by taking Analgesic with Anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen with an Antacid like Pantoprazole.

Avoid eating cold, spicy and oily food.Avoid dust.Drink plenty of fluids.Raise your head end of bed little while sleeping.Have a gap of minimum 2-3 hours between taking food and sleeping.Avoid citrus food.Avoid eating food very fast.

Even after taking the above measures,if still your symptoms are not improving, then it would be advisable to consult an Otolaryngologist doctor. If needed,an Upper gastro-intestinal endoscopy may be needed to be done by a Gastro-enterologist doctor to find out whether there is inflammation in the oesophagus.

Hope this answers your query.Take care.
