My left side under my last rib has a spot that if touched gently (even by shower water) causes a fiery pain like nerve pain. Also when I rotate back and forth in a chair a pain shoots from my hip up my side. This initially started with what felt like a pulled muscle, but changed to nerve pain. This has been going on about 3 weeks. Treated with anti inflamatory and then antiviral thinking it might be shingles without outbreak. Now even small twisting movements feel like a nerve is rubbing over a bone or something.
