Suggest Remedy For Tender Swelling In Nose

Hi doc, I've had painful swelling on the bridge of my nose for 3 days. Very tender, no stuffiness or other cold like symptoms - just painful swelling like someone punched me in the nose. Been rinsing with a nety pot 2-3 x daily, but it's not helping. Swelling seems to move from side to side and across bridge and under eyes somewhat.

Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear I don't understand where is the swelling?? On the nose or inside the nose?? I thought it may be origin from inside the nose. The possible cause are 1.turbinate hypertrophy 2.nasal polyps (? Etmoidal)
3 . deviated nasal septum with spur 4.any fungal granulomas possibly.

Dear until examined difficult to tell what it is so please consult Ent surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
