Hi, Doctor. My name is Siddhant and I m 17 years old. The foreskin of my glans penis is swollen and turning red especially the tip region is reddish and the size of my penis is changed it is thinner like a small ring at the front and thicker in the middle part. Whenever i pee(after that condition) i don t get a burning sensation in the initial part but as soon as it stops i get a very harsh and burning sensation...doctor plz help plz
