Suggest Remedy For Swollen Gums, Infection And Mono After Delivery

My daughter just had twins, the babies are now 3 months old. She has developed mono. Previous to getting mono she had to have a DNC(twice) and within days spiked a fever . Doctor ruled out an infection as a result of this procedure. Another complication that she is experiencing is swollen gums and mouth sores including soreness at the roof of her mouth. I feel there may be two things going on. She has lost so much weight as she is unable to eat properly and has loss of appetite. Is there any medication available? Any advice you can give would be great.

Thank you for asking the question.
After doing D &C procedure, if you get fever then it indicates infection. Treatment with antibiotics relieve the symptoms.
Swollen gums with sore mouth indicates vitamin deficiency.
So take multivitamin for few days will releive the condition. You can also take fruit and vegetables to get enough vitamins.
Once vitamin deficiency corrected then it also improves appetite. So there is no loss of weight then after.
