Hello It seems from the history that you are having swelling of the eyelid associated with pain. The commonest cause for painful swelling of the eyelid is boil or stye. The treatment is by use of antibiotics and warm compression. The treatment you are on is in right direction and you can add a analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug and if it is not responding then diagnosis needs to be reconsidered. Hence if it is not responding to the above mentioned treatment you need to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Thank you
