Hi,
I understand your concern.
In pregnancy, digestion is usually hampered due to pregnancy hormones & poor movements of food in bowels. This may result in constipation/ gasses, digestive disturbances.
Your symptoms suggest poor digestion/ dis comfort in lying down position. The increased abdominal pressure causes cramps/sudden bowel movement, followed by postural hypo tension so the dizziness.
Home care -
Do not go to bed immediately after food, walk at least 1900 steps before sleeping.
Eat light in night,
Include plenty of water & fibers in your diet.
Consult doctor for medicines like digestive enzymes if indicated.
Doctor may give pills to relax uterine muscles if indicated. Thanks.
