Suggest Remedy For Soreness And Pain In Ankle
i was running down a flight of stairs last tuesday and missed the bottom step and landed on my ankle in a strange position i have had a sore ankle ever since and every time i attempt to walk down any type of stairs i get a really sharp pain in my ankle. what is causing this? i thought it would heal on its own but its been over a week now and its still painful.
