Hello Welcome to HCM. I understand your concerns. I have some suggestions for you: 1. Donot keep lying on bed in your unable to sleep within 20-30mins of going to bed. Just leave the bed and take a light walk in your balcony. 2. Avoid day time naps. 3. Dont take heavy food, tea, coffee at bedtime. 4. Have a glass of warm milk and take warm water bath. 5. Avoid vigorous exercises in evening. 6. Dont listen to heavy music at bedtime.
If need be, take a tablet of zolpidem under your doctor's supervision. Hope this helps you. Thanks.
