Suggest Remedy For Sharp Pain In Chest Withitchy Hands

Over the past week I have been having itchy hands, forearms and head and sporadic chest pain. The chest pain has happened after eating a peppermint. It is sharp and in the chest radiating to the back and in the throat. I am wondering if it is reflux (I have never had this before).

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
No, I don't think it is due to reflux disease.
In my opinion, you are allergic to that peppermint.
Itching is Cardinal symptom of allergy.
Your chest discomfort is mostly due to laryngospasm and bronchospasm.
So better to first consult allergist and get done skin prick allergy tests.
Identify the causative allergens and avoid them.
You will mostly alright if you avoid allergens in future.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
